Jack is a Virginia native who has always had a curious disposition and a hunger for alternative perspectives, which led him to study Philosophy and French at the University of Virginia. He spent part of his education studying in Lyon, France where he met his wife, Rebecca, and after a brief stint in British Columbia, they have called Richmond home for the past four years.
Having always found fulfillment creating videos for personal and school projects and he has worked on myriad projects spanning art concept videos, commercials, political ads, historical reenactments, and indie feature films. As director of photography, Jack loves the controlled chaos of trying to capture what you need on set, and as an editor, taking those pieces and creating something that didn’t exist before.

As a child, Will’s grandmother Christian Cobb would take him to the art museum. She planted the seeds of creativity that grew into an understanding of visual mediums. Will’s classical training in painting and printmaking from WLU informed his use of digital and new media, which is now his current focus, but extensive self education honed his technical skills with animation and editing.
Will has worked as a designer and artist in Richmond for almost a decade with clients ranging from punk bands to world class furniture designers. Will is happiest when he is bringing a creative vision from a concept to physical manifestation. His current focus is producing, editing, and animating using the Adobe suite and Cinema 4D.
Our Crew
Fotochrome has a tight-knit team of contractors we employ for anything from on set professional audio and grip to studio quality, audio post processing. We only hire contractors who we have a relationship with, whose quality we stand by, and who share our work ethic. Whatever the need or scale of your project we can easily assemble a team to accommodate and if your ask is out of our wheelhouse we can probably point you in the right direction.
